All non-custom orders usually ship within 1 business day—WOO! Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. Please allow 7-18 business days for delivery（except for remote areas in the United States）.
Custom orders usually ship within 1-3 weeks, so please be patient angels. Allow 7-18 business days after shipping for delivery! if you choose VIP fast shipping ($20) which arrival 3~7days
Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities! Please check their website for more info.
Can I return my hair clips, scrunchies, hair ties, or other hair accessories?
Yes,If there is any quality problem with the product, we will provide free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
It is worth noting that if it is the customer's own fault, such as not liking it, not suitable, etc., the customer will have to bear the return fee.
What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or returned to sender?
Hicomely is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Hicomely is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
What if I need to make a change to my address?
